Aladdin's eSafe receives Premium Anti-Spam Certification from West Coast Labs

West Coast Labs, a leading independent research and test center, has awarded Aladdin's eSafe the Checkmark certification for its email filtering and Anti-Spam capabilities. To meet the requirements for Checkmark Premium Certification, a- product must achieve over a 97% spam catch rate. In testing, eSafe achieved a 99%+ spam catch rate, ranking it in the Premium Certification category for Anti-Spam.

By achieving this certification, Aladdin (acquired by SafeNet Inc.) confirms the effectiveness of its eSafe Dual Engine Anti-Spam protection, the first in the industry to combine both Real-time Reputation and Deep Content Analysis technologies in a single integrated solution, blocking virtually all spam and malicious content without blocking legitimate emails.

For a product to be certified in the Checkmark Anti-Spam category, the product must demonstrate effective spam detection in a test environment using live email feeds and replicating everyday email usage. The certification applies to software solutions, appliance-based solutions, and hosted services.
