Aladdin Opens Office in Portugal

CHICAGO, June 2, 2008 - Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN), an information security leader specializing in authentication, software DRM and content security, today announced the establishment of a new office in Portugal as part of Aladdin Europe.

Located near Lisbon in Miraflores, Portugal, the Portuguese office, Aladdin Europe, Lda., is set to maintain and strengthen its HASP software DRM business in Portugal through the acquisition of long-time partner and distributor, Futurmática. Due to its 18-year long partnership with Futurmática, Aladdin has retained all assets of the former distributor and is fully operational.

The acquisition expands Aladdin's presence throughout Europe and enables the company to provide more resources and support to its Portuguese Aladdin HASP customers, and to significantly grow its Aladdin eToken and Aladdin eSafe presence through its existing channel partners.
