Managers actively engage in joint account calls with our partners to help close
business. Inside sales qualifies leads for partners on a daily basis. Channel Account
Managers work with Partners to identify new business opportunities. Our SE organization
works closely with partners on training and new product introductions while our
technical support team helps partners through onsite installations.

people on staff to support their end customers.

and the highest level of expertise in planning, designing, integrating, and supporting

online Partner Application which includes the
"AUTHORIZED INDIRECT CHANNEL PARTNER AGREEMENT" Reseller Terms and
Conditions, and providing end user names in POS. In addition, all Aladdin Partners
must meet the definition for Value Add.

Agencies. The program benefits partners by ensuring that only authorized Federal
partners have access to special pricing, programs, and contracts that have been
made available to Federal Agencies. Authorization is by invitation.
