Aladdin Partner Program has been developed to deliver the most comprehensive partner support available.

This includes providing top-of-the-line sales, marketing and technical support to our value add partners, backing you every step of the way, and ensuring that your customers are always satisfied. This also includes the support of Aladdin product development with its market-driven approach, providing partners with a steady stream of new products and product upgrades, to meet the evolving security needs of your customers and prospects.

Sales Support

The Aladdin channel team is dedicated to making your involvement in this program positive and fruitful. To this end, we have assembled valuable resources and tools, giving the attention that is necessary to ensure your success. Regional Account Managers actively engage in joint account calls with our partners to help close business. Inside sales qualifies leads for partners on a daily basis. Channel Account Managers work with Partners to identify new business opportunities. Our SE organization works closely with partners on training and new product introductions while our technical support team helps partners through onsite installations.

Training And Education

We know that the best trained and best prepared sales and technical people achieve greater success. Aladdin has invested in developing the leading education and training resources available industry-wide.

Aladdin Partners benefit from wide-ranging training that includes video-based training, web-based training and other activities. Comprehensive on-site technical and sales training courses are held at locations worldwide, providing your team with the opportunity to learn from on-site support personnel with targeted technical sales knowledge. Our training and education programs will enhance your staff's product expertise, hone their technical capabilities and strengthen their skills. At the same time, they deepen their understanding of the application of technology, ultimately leading to a more sharpened market focus and greater revenues and profits.

 

Program Overview

The program consists of three levels to enable partners and integrators to further develop their security portfolios, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

  • Silver Partner is knowledgeable about networking and is branching out to take advantage of demand for security solutions.
  • Gold Partners have demonstrated experience in selling and installing security solutions and have Aladdin trained sales and technical people on staff to support their end customers.
  • Platinum Partners represent a strategic group of partners that have continually demonstrated exceptional Aladdin revenue performance, and the highest level of expertise in planning, designing, integrating, and supporting Aladdin's security solutions.

Partner Program Requirements for North America

Base level requirements for Aladdin's Partner Program consist of completing the online Partner Application which includes the "AUTHORIZED INDIRECT CHANNEL PARTNER AGREEMENT" Reseller Terms and Conditions, and providing end user names in POS. In addition, all Aladdin Partners must meet the definition for Value Add.

U.S. Federal Authorization

Aladdin requires partners to separately qualify to sell into U.S. Federal Government Agencies. The program benefits partners by ensuring that only authorized Federal partners have access to special pricing, programs, and contracts that have been made available to Federal Agencies. Authorization is by invitation.
